Attorney Profile
Attorney Michael T. Dwyer has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1981.
Prior to entering the private practice of law, Attorney Dwyer did internships in the
Middlesex County Probation Department and in the Middlesex Probate and Family
Service Department. Upon graduation with honors from law school, Attorney Dwyer
was hired as a Middlesex Assistant District Attorney, serving under two different
Middlesex District Attorneys. While in the District Attorney's Office, Attorney Dwyer was
responsible for the prosecution of major crimes throughout the county, and was
ultimately placed in charge of running a major division within the office.  With more that twenty-five 25 years of experience, he has tried cases before dozens of
state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. As well as having represented thousands of satisfied clients over the years, Attorney Dwyer represents many small to medium sized businesses and several Credit Unions as Outside Legal Counsel
For more than ten years he has been an instructor in the Harvard Law School Trial
Advocacy Program. He has testified before committees of the Massachusetts
legislature, and has testified as an expert witness for the Massachusetts Board of Bar
Overseers.
