These matters involve the laws of wills, trusts, probate, property, marriage, and state and federal individual and fiduciary income, gift and estate taxation.
In addition, his services include providing legal assistance to and planning for the elderly or incapacitated client as well as retirement and financial planning. This estate planning can entail the use of life insurance and related trusts, payment options for employment benefits and planned charitable giving.  Attorney Dwyer also provides assistance in probating estates and trusts (inter vivos and testamentary), including the review and primary and ancillary probate of wills and filing and recording of other documents, inventory, valuation, and marshaling of assets, preparation of estate and income tax returns for the decedent and the estate and trust fiduciary, representation in contested probate, construction, accounting, and other estate/trust proceedings, preparation and review of accountings for estates and trusts, distribution of assets to beneficiaries, and rendering administrative assistance to the fiduciary.
